Method: The presence of alcohol can be detected by breath or urine. An alcohol breath test is used to detect the level of alcohol that is present in an individuals' blood. This is referred to as blood alcohol concentration or BAC. An alcohol breath test can detect alcohol usage in the past eight hours. The EtS is a laboratory-based urine test that will detect alcohol usage in the last eighty hours.
