Sex Offender Registry

This is a search of the National Sex Offender Public Website (NSOPW). When a person has been charged with a sexual offense, often, as part of their sentence, they must register as a sex offender. There are hundreds of thousands of sex offenders registered in the United States. This search is especially important to businesses that serve vulnerable populations such as childcare, elderly care and healthcare providers.

Scope:  Varies per state. The criteria available for searches is limited to what each individual jurisdiction may provide.

Turnaround time (average): 1 business day.
